& CANCELLATION POLICY

1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Cavalla Pazzo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please review our policy below.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by original receipt or digital order proof
  • Exchanges can be processed:
  • Through our online support
  • Or by visiting the nearest Cavalla Pazzo outlet

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Share clear images via:

  • Our support hours:
    Monday – Friday
    9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
  • Exchanges will only be processed for manufacturing defects.

4. PACKAGING REQUIREMENT

  • Products must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase at the time of exchange.

5. COLOR & DISPLAY DISCLAIMER

  • Due to screen variations and lighting, slight differences in color or texture may occur.
  • Exchanges will NOT be accepted for color or texture differences.

6. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product has been used beyond trial
  • Product is damaged after delivery
  • Original packaging or receipt is missing

7. SHIPPING / COURIER CHARGES

  • If the product matches the original order, courier charges for exchange will be borne by the customer (both ways).

8. DISCOUNTED ITEMS POLICY

  • All discounted or sale items are:
  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

9. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Exchange is only allowed:
  • For the same article
  • In a different size or color
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced product:
  • Customer must pay the price difference

10. EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

  • Exchange requests will be processed within:
  • 15 working days

11. NO REFUND POLICY

  • All purchases are non-refundable
  • Items cannot be returned once purchased

12. RECEIPT REQUIREMENT

  • Exchange is not possible without:
  • Original receipt
    OR
  • Verified digital order

13. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cavalla Pazzo reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Technical issues
